run an impulse train
variant of “run a train”, which refers to a line of men each successively having s-x with the object upon which the train is run. used in this sense in the engineering world, where signal processing (dealing extensively with the impulse train) can be extremely complicated and confusing, and such material is said to thus “run an impulse train” on the student/engineer.
this exam is really going to run an impulse train on me.
