when you use the word ‘r-t-rded’ in a satarical way, absolving you of any offense it may cause.
if you call someone ‘r-t-rded’ in a derogatory tone, you may cause offense and should be fired if used whilst working, however if you are doing it for ‘satire’ it is perfectly fine. but to be clear you should you ‘satarded’ instead of ‘r-t-rded’.
