slacker; usually has the characteristics of being lazy, lethargic, and in worse conditions, apathetic.
a ‘schlippe’ is the type of person who is a good-for-nothing individual who doesnt do jacksh-t except take up sp-ce and is a waste of energy.
another note, this also refers to people who are mainly b-ms and do nothing with their lives.
