a young male (usually white and from upstate new york) who after becoming intoxicated will try to dance by flapping his arms and bobbing his head to attract females. he is sometimes, but rarely, successful
after 4 long island ice teas, ian will prepare to perform the schwan dance
a total loser or f-g or idiot all rolled in to one, who chronically does or says stupid things that make no sense.
