Scooter People
people who have eaten themselves into such a terrible state that they can no longer walk. their only means of mobility is by a scooter (found in walmart, target, etc).
oh my, look at those scooter people! sarah exclaimed as she observed the people at walmart that shop at 3am that are too d-mn fat to walk on their own, and also park in the handicapped parking spots simply for being too fat to walk to the store.
