scrawnster
a human being of a somewhat bony, weak, and scrawny physique. a scrawnster is usually so self conscious of his feeble body that he does physical exercises in front of friends to impress them(ie. calf raises).
a scrawnster is also a person who constantly changes his physical goals to adapt to his future. however, he changes these goals so often that he never reached them.
