scrubnoxious
1 (verb) when one or more than one individual(s) spots someone who they believe is trying really hard to look or feel important by purposefully wearing scrubs in public.
2 (adjective) when someone tries to look or feel important and decides to wear their scrubs out in public.
1 person a: “why is he wearing his scrubs on the treadmill?”
person b (in response): “scrubnoxious!”
2 “this guy totally cut right in front of me in line at the deli counter. he was wearing his green scrubs and being all scrubnoxious. i wonder if he is a real doctor?! nope, either way–scrubnoxious.”
