Scrump Fest
a party which involves more “scrumping” then alcohol, and drugs. this usually occurs when there are more women, then men. only certain circ-mstances could involve more men, then women. can occur anywhere, or anyplace at any given moment. only if basic party needs are aquired (like alcohol, drugs, and/or entertainment) can a scrump fest occur.
person#1: yo, did you go to that party on st. patricks day?
person#2: h-ll yea, the party was a total “scrump fest.”
