sugar daddy/sugar baby; a relationship where typically a younger woman provides ‘companionship’ to a ‘generous’ older man. a way of saying a regular mistress, ‘kept woman’, etc. can involve roll playing or whatever is negotiated. an old refined form of prost-tution with a newer name by adding the ‘sugar baby’. (the term ‘sugar daddy’ has been used for years. ‘sugar baby’ is a newer phrase for the woman’s part.)
