Semi Hipster
a person who is sort of a hipster, but not entirely. as they do not meet the criteria of a hipster completely. they deny being a hipster, doesn’t necessarily wear hipster clothing or fashion, tries to avoid mainstream music, but still does listen to some mainstream due to influence by friends. they could even not be aware of the existence of the term hipster. which makes them a semi hipster
a: dude, you don’t listen to mainstream cr-p, you’re a hipster!
b: what?! no no no, but… yeah, i’m kind of like a hipster, but i don’t fit the criteria or descriptions of a hipster entirely, so i guess i’m a… semi hipster.
