the attempt to maintain and/or improve your weight and appearance by going to the gym, while you’re significant other has left for a significant amount of time, since you now find yourself with free time (time usually spent with him/her). in order to maintain a closeness while there is an absence of physical interaction, you begin sending “s-xting” photos to remind him/her how s-xy and bad-ss you still are while showing off your newly found hours at the gym and to prevent any possible thoughts of straying.
i.e. “awe my boyfriend just left for europe for a month. i can’t eat that, i have to not gain anything before he comes back. i’m hitting the gym. gotta get my s-xting body on!”
