at any time, for every transit bus that p-sses by in one direction, another bus on the same route should p-ss by in the opposite direction.
according to shabron’s law, when a 401 bus p-sses by going south. another 401 should p-ss by going north. therefore a constant trail of 401 buses should at all times be p-ssing by.
