Shartlek
a variation of running interval session ‘fartlek’ performed while suffering from runner’s bowel. the intervals and speed are determined by the need for a toilet stop and the likelihood of sh-tting oneself while running.
i went for a run last night, guts felt awful so it turned into a proper shartlek session.
