1.an adjective describing a person who tries to be inspirational during what is suppose to be a motivational hockey speech but they clearly fail.
1. a typical shartzy speech would play out like this:
“iight n-gg-z dis team we playin against iz mad ugly, son. look at doz’ fans homes, dey aint got sh-t on us. dis team iz ez and knock some heads on der -ss, ya dig?”
2.person 1:yo dude did you hear that speech in the huddle?
person 2: yeah dude, i was sooooooooo inspired
person 3: dude, thay speech was mad shartzy!
