“ship–pi” is the t-tle of a song from the music man, a broadway musical written by meredith willson.
“ship–pi” is also a portmanteau of the words “sh-t” and “p–pie”; which is perhaps why children enjoy performing the “ship–pi” song in willson’s musical.
