Shit cycle
the specific time within a 24-hour intestinal cycle in which one has to take a dump. similar to the body’s greater circadian rhythm, but specific to the bowels distinct time of excreting.
ever since i started staying up later, my body has shifted its sh-t cycle to end around 2am.
