Shit Rat

a term used by police officers when talking to other officers, that describes criminals that continue to re-commit crimes regardless of jail time served or programs taken.

a sh-t rat is a term used to describe cats. often these are stray cats, unprotected, and cause more harm than good. this term was created by jim lahey on the show trailer park boys, in response to all the trouble bubble’s cats had been creating.

1. a person, usually a teenager, who acts like a little sh-t. sh-trats are usually also w-ngsters, in that they dress and act like thugs. most sh-trats smoke pot and/or drink, and most have or will end up having criminal records. sh-trats enjoy p-ssing people off, and usually use h-m-phobic or childish insults. sh-trats won’t fight unless there are at least ten times as many of them. sh-trats have little regard for other people, preferring to talk down to anyone and everyone, even their sh-trat friends. sh-trats usually mature into junkies. the term originated in st. margaret’s bay, nova scotia.
