(noun) a person, place, or thing that acts as if they are cooler than everybody. they think they know everything. they have confidence, but for all the wrong reasons, and they always look like an idiot. awkward word be the best way to describe a shweeto. they think they are hip, but they are painfully socially inept. they also wear clothes that they think are cool, but again, they look like a dweeb. think a guido, or a emo kid, or any style that makes a person stand out but stand out because they look like an idiot
