it’s the name that two young women took for themselves when they decided to form a singing duo. this was in new york city during the mid to late 70s, when the punk/new waverevolution was erupting and coming into its own. probably because their name, they never went very far.
i was paging thru a doc-mentary book about blondie (that new wave band featuring debbie harry) that my girlfriend loaned to me and i saw a picture of a party going on at the legendary cbgb club. amongst the crowd inside were the members of the duo sic f-x. there were more pictures of the duo throughout the book.
