Sid Bonfire
a generic term for an internet troll – i.e. someone who contributes to blogs and usenet groups only to flame other partic-p-nts or generate conflict. these persons are generally very insecure and emotionally unstable and use the internet to give them validation they would never receive in real life.
i was posting at the alt.music.makers.guitar group and a sid bonfire called me a hack.
