Silicon Renaissance
how the technological era we are experiencing now will be defined by historians. from the earliest development of computers, through the wide availability of personal computers and handheld devices, into the next decades or centuries of rapid technological advancement. the time period will be characterized by extremely rapid development not just in technology, but in thought process, user interface and application.
as the history cl-ss studied material on the silicon renaissance they were struck dumb by how frequently individuals had to acquire new hardware simply to keep pace with developing technology.
