a person who listens to single people and helps them address their problems with single life. typically a singles counselor will help men/women find the best method to advance upon their desired partner. not to be confused with a match maker.
through discussion, singles counselors will -ssist those in need of acquiring a strong relationship with another or simply help with their problems with being single in the first place.
