a person who is not necessarily pretty, yet dresses sl-tty. a person who performs acts that are “sk-nky” such as: making out with someone you’re not going out with, perpetuating an aura of sl-ttiness, or if the above are not present; carries the t-tle of sl-t or wh-r-. people who are sl-ts and wh-r-s can also be labeled as sk-nkym-ffins.
