skealthy comes from the word, “skinny” and “healthy” put together to mean a person, such as a model or actress, who is “skinny”, but who is also healthy.
antonym: this means that in no-way is the person anorexic, bulimic, or faces any other eating disorder. or unhealthy behavior that affects one’s weight and or health.
