typically an insane person who enjoys repeatedly banging their head against a wall. can be -ssociated with extreem hyperactivity, and often is the product of too much laughing. it is the merging of the words skull and cauldron, symbolizing a round hard object typically metal, when used to describe a person it means “thick head”.
