when a woman gives a bl-wj-b to the pizza delivery guy that’s delivering the pizza to her. it is also known as a ‘sloppy pepperoni.’ it obviously only applies to bl-wj-bs, thus a man cannot use this expression unless he will be performing the act on another man.
example: “omg kara, you are not going to believe what happened yesterday: i gave a sloppy sausage to the domino’s delivery guy as soon as he came to my door..!”
