when a girl (usually spoiled) pretends that she does not give a f-ck (when in reality she does) about a situation and says the word “sh-t” but she says it more like “shaaaat” moving her lips to the side and her cheek bulges out exposing acne scars. usually done by somewhat unattractive (rich) girls that have been cheated on and stepped on by drug dealers.
