the snap! glitter! is an expression used to convey several different emotions and feelings. it is primarily used to express joy or extreme happiness. it punctuates the end of a sentence to add a nice little extra s-ssafr-ss to your conversation. it’s also used to express just your general s-ssiness when someone p-sses you off. it is accompanied by the snap of a hand and the poof of a glitter with your hand. you have artistic license here.
