an inherently defensive anger resulting from an attack on something that one holds an otherwise-irrational fondness for (i.e.: tv show, movie, song); usually driven by impulse and mob-mentality.
name based on the overindulgent hype surrounding the movie “snakes on a plane” which many of your friends will probably tell you was great. it wasn’t.
1: “snakes on a plane was an great movie and you are such a jerk for not thinking so.”
