Specter (Villain)
specter is the main enemy of the “ape escape” series. he is a spider monkey. he is albino (white) with spiky hair with blue highlights at the tips. he wears a black cape with red pants and brown shoes in two of the games, a suit in another two, and black pants with boots and a red cape in the others. he wears a special helmet that gives him his powers. he also has a awesome floating hover craft throne packed with missiles.
