inappropriate or unnecessary behaviors foisted upon the
general public by black people. occurences are commonly found under an nba basket or nfl endzone, though incidents can happen anywhere. invariably non violent, they are nevertheless ridiculous, occasionally comical.
the vikings were penalized 15 yards for excessive spoodaddery after rany moss wiped his b-tt with the ball
during a touchdown celebration.
