Starfly
a starbucks barfly. one of those hipster-type people that hangs around at starbucks, usually to get internet connection or debate politics with local artists.
example 1: “what do you mean you got us both grande caramel-mocha-froot-loop frappuccinos on the way home from work?! you’re turning into such a starfly! maybe my mother was right!”
example 2: as mel drove past the starbucks, he saw the local starflies drinking their lattes and thought about becoming a pastry chef….
