the act of wearing painted on pants while sporting a raging b-n-r. for it to be a true stiff thomas one has to be “sooo blown right now.”
an example of a stiff thomas would be:
if you had a friend that was so blown out of his mind that all he could do was follow you around, say how much he loved you, rub random people he didnt even know, walk off of school campus and go to his house thats two miles away, not get hit by cars, somehow not remember any of it the next day, all while having a huge b-n-r behind his seemingly painted on pants.
