straight break
a break, or timeout, from a non-s-xual activity that a h-m-s-xual thinks he is acting or sounds gay. the opposite would be a gay break, where a straight person is performing a non-s-xual activity that makes him sound or act like he is gay.
while reporting the news, i sounded too straight for my gay audience and needed a straight break to return to my gayness.
