symphonic metal
simply the best subgenre of metal out there. combines the distorted guitars and powerful drums of metal with the beautiful symphonic sound of cl-ssical orchestra instruments, such as violins, pianos, cellos, etc.
some great symphonic metal bands include: rhapsody of fire, therion, symphony x, nightwish, kamelot, angra, and more
a great genre of music thats so much better than that poor sh-tty gcyb genre. symphonic metal is metal with orchestral backgrounds. symphonic metal bands include rhapsody and lucca turili.
i was listening to a stupid slipknot song and than my friend showed me a symphonic metal song by rhapsody and i was like, “dang schmurrt, me no listen to sh-tty gcyb no more.”
the best kind of metal there is out there. it’s got the hardcore drums and guitars of heavy metal, but most of the time beautiful symphonies (like in cl-ssical music) are added, mainly by instruments such as acoustic guitar, piano, keyboard, violin. in other words, a brilliant work of art.
some good symphonic metal bands are within temptation, epica, delain, nightwish, otep, leaves’ eyes, and tristania.
a castrated version of metal that uses orchestra sounds to back up the fact that they can’t come up with a good guitar riff.
good example symphonic metal band would be epica. where’s the b-lls? where’s the soul? all those guys do is chug all day.
