a spoonerism for “fake t-tties.” often used in polite company to express that a woman’s breastages have been enhanced with a b–b job.
a: “check out that chick’s tig ol bitties!”
b: “yeah, that ho has a nice rack, but she had plastic surgery. those are take fitties.”
a descrite way of pointing out a nice set of fake t-ts.
joe: hey frank did you see those take fittys.
frank: yeah i bet those cost a pretty penny!
