an individual who only has money when tax season arrives. he or she will buy lavish gifts that at any other time in the year he or she cannot afford; like jordan’s, flat screens, gaming systems, jewelry and maybe even a ninja blender. one also might ingest themselves on a 5 day cruise to nowhere, paying off local drug dealers for debt they owe, or invest in a rims and or other car accessories.
