someone who causes electronic devices to have a fits when they attempt to use them – another person will come along and do the same thing and the device/program will work as intended.
the yacht stewadess tried several times at operating the ipad av control for the boss but it crashed on her so she called the engineer who repeated exactly what she did and was successful the first time as normal.
this stewadess like most was clearly techleptic.
