techto is someone who spent more money on their cellphone than they did on their car and their entire wardrobe. usually can be found wearing a bluetooth device as some sort of accessory to look important to potential hookups with a s-xual partner.
dude that guy is such a techto! he’s talking to some chick on his blackberry with bluetooth while sitting at mcdonalds in his chevy cavalier!
