a car being driven by a recently licensed driver, usually too fast and/or careening out of control. often in a family car, such as a minivan.
can also be used to describe the driver of the car.
oh f-ck, i’ve got a teenie mini riding my -ss. i’m gonna pull over and let it go by.
oh dude, did you see that minivan whipping around in traffic? what a teenie mini!
