an evolved form of “megalomania”, where you are basically aware of your hyper delusions of grandeur, yet you can get a hold on them and display your godlike complex whenever you like, turning into a “normal” person when it’s needed.
the unit prefix -tera is obviously a multiple of -mega.
today i felt like a godlike being at rob’s party. i felt superior to every guest, they were so shallow if compared to me. then i got back home and calmed down, i didn’t want to raise any suspect about my mental state. that’s teralomania, baby.
