when you have just had a blow to the b-lls (not the good kind) or twisticles (testicular torsion) and you’re hurting so bad that you just want to puke and die. it feels as if tho someone just took a sledgehammer and kept repeatedly mashing your sweet, tender, life-giving b-lls of pink flesh into a soup of prostate juice and spermal fluid.
