The Pedofsky
during weapons training, when a soldier uses his weapon in a way other than that instructed, the soldier will often be ordered to do the pedofsky.
this involves running with one’s rifle held above one’s head, doing laps of the training area while yelling “this is my rifle! i love and respect it!” repeatedly. often while being berated for not yelling loudly enough.
sergeant:”who told you to beak down that weapon?! on the command move, you will re-ssemble it and do the pedofsky! move!”
soldier:(while running) ‘this is my rifle. i love and respect it.’
sergeant:”louder!”
soldier:’this is my rifle!’
