many thought it would never be released,but was released under the name of command & coquer 3. unlike the prequel tiberian sun,it did not include any subterrainian units,amphibious units,or music composed by frank klepacki.
the game uses a heavily modified version of the sage engone,which was based off the w3d engine used in command & conquer renegade,which uses a heavily modified version of the surrender 3d engine.
