1.) a person, usually female, that is of a short stature. in addition to the height ailment, this person usually bears an att-tude like that of a tw-t, going to unusual lengths just to be a b-tch.
studies have shown a link between tw-t-like females and the vertically challenged, doctors are referring to them as ‘tiny tw-ts’.
