a hair grooming technique used by adolescent males who take pride in looking like complete douchebags, or “tools.” style consists of long bangs and a shaved back of the head. in the most unfortunate cases, hair on top of the head is worn gelled and sticking up.
note: may also be accentuated with bad yellow highlights, and serves the purpose of turning women off those sporting these dreadful locks.
jessie: hey, caitlin! your boyfriend’s tool cut is pretty heinous.
