1. an adult (anyone 18 or older..expecially over 40..) who enjoys playing toontown online.
2. someone who does not know, but creeps out many of the people he/she knows.
3. a no lifer.
4. fat pig who has nothing better to do than play a game made for little kids.
i was playing toontown yesterday, but i met another toontown creeper! they said they are 42 years old! they could be my dad or mom!
