a game of spite where one person squeezes a seemingly impossible blob of toothpaste out of the nearly-used-up toothpaste tube, thus making it even harder for the next person to squeeze out toothpaste.
l: “wow – i thought we finished that tube yesterday”
m: “i just squeezed a blob, now you’re up. it’s toothpaste jenga, baby.”
