a trainarella is someone who likes to party, but is dedicated to sports or fitness goals. as such, they still go out, but set arbitrary time limits on themselves to be in bed by a certain time.
mongo wakes up early to lift weights and trains jiu jitsu in the evenings. if he goes on a tinder date, he makes sure he’s bailed or sealed by 1130, so that he can be in bed by midnight. he’s a total trainarella!
