Trent Kowalik
one of the three original billies in the t-tle role of the musical billy elliot on broadway, along with david alvarez and kiril kulish. of the three he was the only one to have played the role before, having been flown over to london to join the west end production prior to opening the show on broadway.
he is an accomplished dancer, having begun training at age three, particularly in irish step dancing. he was the youngest american to ever win the world step dancing championship, a t-tle he held for five years.
